OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Period: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to any individual or business who books a real estate media service with Indiana Sky Pics during the Promotion Period. By entering, participants confirm they are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Indiana Sky Pics are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Automatic Entry: Each order placed with Indiana Sky Pics between October 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. Multiple orders during the Promotion Period will result in multiple entries (e.g., 3 orders = 3 entries). No purchase necessary alternative is not available; entry requires booking a service.

3. PRIZE DETAILS

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a year of free standard real estate photos from Indiana Sky Pics.

Prize Specifications:

Included: Standard real estate photography services only (interior and exterior photos)
Limit: Maximum of four (4) photo shoots per month
Validity Period: All photo shoots must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2026
Service Area: Prize is valid only within Indiana Sky Pics' standard service areas (Indianapolis, Muncie, Anderson, and Bloomington, IN)

Exclusions: The following are NOT included in the prize:

Drone photography
Video services
3D tours (Zillow 3D, Matterport)
Floor plans
Virtual staging or virtual renovation
Social media reels or marketing videos
Virtual twilight photos
Rush or same-day service fees
Travel fees outside standard service areas
Any add-on services not specifically listed as "standard real estate photos"

Prize Value: Approximate retail value of $12,000 USD based on standard package pricing and maximum usage.

Non-Transferable: Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other service or product.

4. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 1, 2026. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of booking (email and/or phone) within 48 hours of the drawing.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of initial contact to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

6. PRIZE USAGE TERMS

Winner must schedule photo shoots in advance based on Indiana Sky Pics' availability
Standard booking procedures and scheduling policies apply
Winner must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling (minimum 24 hours)
Indiana Sky Pics reserves the right to refuse service if the winner violates company policies or engages in abusive behavior toward staff
Unused shoots do not roll over and expire on December 31, 2026
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling will not count against the monthly limit

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Modification or Cancellation: Indiana Sky Pics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Indiana Sky Pics' reasonable control.

Disqualification: Indiana Sky Pics reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Indiana Sky Pics, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Publicity Rights: By accepting the prize, winner grants Indiana Sky Pics permission to use their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Indiana Sky Pics' privacy practices.

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.

No Warranty: Prize is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants understand that they are providing information to Indiana Sky Pics and not to any social media platform.

9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order with Indiana Sky Pics during the Promotion Period, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
